El esquema proveerá estipendios anuales y cubrirá gastos de conferencias y viajes relacionados a la investigación en las áreas de ciencia, medicina, ingeniería y tecnología, humanidades, ciencias sociales y estudios de negocios.
El programa ofrece 300 becas a estudiantes internacionales de todo el mundo durante tres años. El estipendio anual alcanza los 42 mil dólares y cubre aproximadamente 1700 dólares de viajes relacionados a la investigación.
